About us

The practice draws on the wealth of experience of its owner, Stephen Govan. Graduating from the Mackintosh School of Architecture in 1994, Stephen worked in a number of commercial practices, including several years working abroad in a world heritage site, before returning to the UK where he set up and ran a commercial practice for 18 years. He works directly on every job, providing a direct relationship with the clients, many of whom have worked with him for several years.

As well as working on a number of high profile, award winning projects, Stephen has lectured on various architectural subjects, acted as a tutor for the final Part 3 architectural professional exam and served on the Planning Sub-Committee for the Law Society of Scotland.
