A full renovation of a 3 bedroom apartment within a Grade B listed townhouse in Kelvinside, including the introduction of a new mezzanine level

The apartment was formed out for subdivision of an existing townhouse and involved a great deal of negotiation with the planning department. Much of the work involved re-instating much of the original detailing and introducing modern elements in a sympathetic manner. The apartment also has a number of modern requirements introduced carefully to maintain the original grandeur.
