Beverley Extension

A small garden room created to the rear of an existing semi-detached villa in a conservation area.

The clients wanted a small sitting area which would make use of their garden at the rear of the property and provide some private working space. The extension replaced an old outhouse and orientates itself to maximise the views of the garden and catch the sun.
