Dunbar Extension

A renovation and extension of an arts & crafts bungalow to extend the accommodation.

Originally built in 1937, the existing property was very small, built on a slope with limited space. The owners bought the property because of the large garden and the final approach extended the accommodation by50% to the rear, over an existing patio, with a glazed frontage providing an elevated view of the garden. The sides of the extension are extended forward to provide a sheltered, private balcony.
