A renovation and re-design of an existing mews cottage within a conservation area.

The property was extensively remodelled on the ground floor to provide an open-plan living area and create 3 bedrooms on the upper level.Originally located within the garden of an existing house, the location is relatively private with little indication of the size of the property behind. The detailing had to be inserted carefully to maintain as much of the original fabric as possible.
